Introduction to Making Gumbo
Okay…so I believe the serious Cajun chef would not call my attempt Gumbo. But I was proud of my start.
After putting Titus down to bed tonight, I realized my family would be arriving home in an hour and I’d not considered what to serve them for dinner.
