Your Turn – Santa Rosa Island, Florida

Hi.

As I mentioned, our camera decided to splash in Town Lake over the weekend. It’s making a slow recovery. Understandably, this week I will not be taking any pictures. Instead, I’ll show you a few old ones. I think I’m going to put together a collage of my favorite places on a wall in my new house. It’s your turn to vote on your favorite pictures for my wall.

I love the Gulf of Mexico. I’ve played in the Atlantic. I’ve frozen in the Pacific. I’ve dipped my toes in the Persian Gulf, and I’ve snorkeled in the Straights of Malacca (off the coast of Malaysia – I didn’t know that one either. Yeah for Google!). Nothing makes me feel at home like the white sands and clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

So. What’s it going to be? You tell me.

Vitamin Sea

Hee hee. I just said ya’ll on my blog. It feels weird to type that.

I have a new blogging friend over at Vitamin Sea. No, I don’t know her from Adam, but I stumbled across her blog and love it. For an avid gardening community, amazing photography and Florida trivial fun, check it out. It’s a great read.

Today I cried. Understandably, as a female with the full range of feminine emotions and hormones, crying is not an unusual event for me. However, today’s reason for tears was a first for me.
